Kieran O'Connor
Kieran O'Connor of DeWitt, New York, is an educational computer consultant and an unofficial beer historian (when he was getting his Master's degree in history he used to write about beer for his assignments.) A home brewer for five years now, Kieran's advice to others is "Brew more, less often"; in other words, brew 10- or 15-gal batches. He is also a BJCP National Judge and President of the Salt City Brew Club in Syracuse, New York.
