Thomas W. Kavanagh, Ph.D.
Thomas W. Kavanagh, Ph.D., is the Curator of Collections at the William Hammond Mathers Museum, Indiana University, Bloomington. He has been home brewing for six years. He became interested in anthropology and archaeology of beer while teaching at George Washington University and Georgetown University. His research interests include the social and cultural aspects of beer and brewing.
