Minnesota Malting Company

An unassuming family-owned malting business, Minnesota Malting Company specializes in the production of brewers base malt and malted goods for the domestic processed-foods industry. The company was founded in 1939 by A.R. Mensing and continues to operate under the direction of a third-generation family member. The plant is outfitted with a flexi-malt germination and kilning system to produce consistently high-quality products. The company's malts are all well modified.
